I am sure others will point out other things. There are a lot of things and I don't want to make this too long. Well, ok, techinically I had to break stealth when I did the objective because the game won't let you grab an objective without breaking stealth first, but then I just haul butt back to the extraction without fighting. For example, I have launched missions with just 2 guys in LW 2 and completed without even breaking stealth or attacking any aliens.

You also can actually do a full stealth mission in LW 2. It can't really be just an alternative mode to the game.Īs for the 2nd thing, LW 2 makes the game campaign last longer and it changes mission types and in general makes it act more like a guerilla force that can't take every mission opportunity because they may not have the men or resources available to complete the mission, or, the mission just may be too hard for the men you do have, so you have to abandon it (this is expected, especially early game).

LW2 changes fundamental things about the game, like adding new classes, new enemies and completely changing the mechanics of how things work in the game.
